Welcome to the website for the Alaska Railroad Corporation’s Northern Rail Extension Project. ARRC proposes to build and operate an approximately 80 mile long rail line from the Eielson Air Force Base area to the Delta Junction area. The line could ultimately provide improved transportation options for the U.S. military, for mass transit, and for freight.
